Boredom

You never plan to avoid it, Thats why it always shows up.
sometimes it can last for 10 minutes, and other times 10 hours.
Boredom.
Laying in bed staring at the ceiling.
Nothings on tv, 4 hours of music gets annoying, so you lay there in complete silence,
You hear nothing but the clock ticking, time moves at a snails pace.
You say "fuck this", get up to search for something to occupy your time.
But you always end up staring right back at the ceiling.
so you lay in silence......... again.
